Held each year in January, the Tulip Trot 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run raises funds for the Parkinson’s Outreach Association (POA), supporting our mission to help people with Parkinson’s disease and their family, friends and caregivers. The race will loop through the beautiful Cascades Park in Tallahassee on Sunday, January 27, 2019. You can choose between a recreational untimed 1-mile fun run, walk or roll (1:30 p.m. start) and a chip-timed 5K course (2 p.m. start) certified by USA Track & Field (USATF).

In accordance with USATF-certified race rules, awards will be presented in numerous categories. Awards will be announced following the conclusion of the race for the following categories: Overall Male and Female Masters Male and Female (age 40-49) Grandmasters Male and Female (ages 50+) Male and Female 3 Deep in the Following Age Categories: (14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+)
