Held each year in January, the Tulip Trot 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run raises funds for the Parkinson’s Outreach Association (POA), supporting our mission to help people with Parkinson’s disease and their family, friends and caregivers. The race will loop through the beautiful Cascades Park in Tallahassee on Sunday, January 26, 2020. You can choose between a recreational untimed 1-mile fun run, walk or roll (1:30 p.m. start) and a chip-timed 5K course (2 p.m. start) certified by USA Track & Field (USATF).

The Tulip Trot 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities and benefits are listed below. Sponsors who wish to be included on promotional materials must turn in their logo and donation check no later than Friday, January 10th.

Registration for the 2020 Tulip Trot is now open! Early registration ends January 11th (includes a long-sleeved t-shirt with $20 registration) and regular registration ends January 27th ($25, and t-shirt likely, but not guaranteed).  If you prefer no t-shirt, registration is $15, regardless of registration date.
